	Location of the Niigata City International Exchange Foundation The office of the Niigata City International Exchange Foundation, also known as the International Friendship Center, is located inside CrossPal Niigata, a public facility. (See map below.) Access Information Train: 20 min. walk from JR Niigata Station (Bandai Exit). Walk across Bandai Bridge. Bus: 3 min. walk from the Honcho or Ishizuecho bus stops; 10 min. walk from Furumachi bus stops. Car: Parking available for 30 cars. Your first 30 minutes of parking are free; every additional 30 minutes costs 150 yen.
