The Niigata City International Exchange Foundation is happy to help you with any questions or problems you might have during your time in Niigata. From finding a library or a nice place to hang out, to dealing with domestic violence or visa issues, we will do our best to help you. Private consultation rooms are available so that you can discuss your more sensitive issues in confidentiality. We also have a variety of maps, pamphlets, and other guides available, so feel free to come by and pick them up.. Hours: 9:00 - 16:00, Monday -Friday. Place: CrossPal Niigata Fee: FREE! Languages available: English, Korean, Chinese, Russian, and French * Please call in advance to confirm if an interpreter for your language is available that day. Coordinators for International Relations (CIRs) from different countries are available throughout the week so you can talk to a fellow foreigner who knows the resources available in the Niigata area. They can also interpret Japanese for you, if necessary. Days when CIRs are usually here:
